Belle Care

The moment I put the phone down to Bella I felt an overwhelming sense of relief, I just knew that she would take care of everything. It was so good to feel confident that our Dad was going to be looked after in his own home by someone so capable. My father liked Bella immediately and they chatted away finding they had lots in common. I live over two hours away, so to be able to relax about not only Dad but also his house, was a very welcome relief. I recommend Bella whole heartedly. The main thing is that she actually CARES! Properly.

Bella provided exceptional caring skills for a family member, during an acute illness and at ‘end of life’ care. As a family we considered ourselves fortunate to have had Bella with us at a difficult time.

Our Dad had a stroke last year and finding the right care arrangement for him has a bit of a nightmare. Eventually a neighbour of Dad’s referred us to Bella – she had looked after her father and came highly recommended. Dad’s care needs required full time wrap-around care and Bella has been a cut above the rest in the way she has provided this. She could not have been more personable, cheery and helpful and we at last could feel that Dad was in the best hands possible, which took a lot of the stress away from us. Bella has gone above and beyond what we would have expected and nothing is too much trouble for her to sort out. We are very grateful to her.’
